Canterbury Bankstown Council Public Exhibition of proposed changes to the local infrastructure contributions framework

Canterbury Bankstown Council invites you to have your say on the following draft documents.

• Draft Bankstown Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan - to apply section 7.11 contributions (formerly Section 94 contributions) to development in the former Bankstown Local Government area. The draft plan will replace the existing Bankstown Section 94A Contributions Plan.

• Draft Amendments to the Canterbury Development Contributions Plan 2013 and Planning Agreements Policy
  - to align the Council's approach to collecting local infrastructure contributions and refine the process in negotiating Planning Agreements.
