Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Australian Certifiers will be held on Thursday, 19 October 2023 from 1:00pm at the offices of Consulting Surveyors NSW, Level 12, 49-51 York Street, Sydney.

Registration is required - all AAC members are welcome. To register complete this form.

  • Financial statements and report
    • To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports of the Directors and Auditor for the financial year ended 30 June 2021.
  • Auditors
    • Appointment of auditors for the 2023-2024 financial year.
  • Election results of AAC Directors
  • Other Business
    • Consideration of any other business for which proper notice has been given.

About the election of AAC Board of Directors

There are seven director positions available: seven current AAC Board of Directors will vacate their positions at the 2023 AGM.

As stipulated in the AAC Constitution under Clause 20 Election of Directors:

Clause 20.d) If the number of nominations received is equal to the number of vacancies to be filled, the persons nominated are taken to be elected.

Eleven nominations have been received for the seven available positions and therefore a vote will be required. Click here to see the nominees.

Voting members of the AAC will receive an email inviting them to participate in the vote.
