Strata Building Bond & Inspections Scheme (SBBIS)

Replacing a manual administration process, the digital SBBIS will help owners corporations, developers, builders and building inspectors to stay up to date on the progress of their strata building bond throughout its life-cycle. This is a big step forward towards improving transparency and boosting compliance oversight to help rebuild public confidence in the construction industry.
